Instead of giving away a shirt you may or may not wear, the 2021 Nationals Regatta will give you the coupon equivalent of a cotton tshirt ($10 per person) that you can use to either redeem a FREE cotton tshirt (in a multitude of colors) OR you can apply the coupon towards any of the other higher end offerings.
